Hopkins Family

After a wonderful family vacation, it's time to get back to photos and blogging.  This was the first session from a full weekend of shooting.  I met up with the Hopkins family at Robinson Park in Sandstone.  The leaves were just starting to change color for the season .  We postponed this session from earlier that morning and I'm so glad we did.  The light was fantastic! Fall colors, football and fun...does life get any better!

 

Nicole

Nicole's session started at, you guessed it, the Legion park.  From there we headed over to the railroad tracks and the dam.  It's funny how many spots there are to choose from at the same locations.  Isn't she stunning in this first one?!

Clayton

Clayton and I also met at the Legion park for his senior pictures.  At first he just wanted to get them over with, but by the end, he even had a few ideas of his own.  We also found a great old building that made an awesome background.

Jordan

For Jordan's session we met at my favorite park to start with.  The Legion Park by the river. Then we decided to explore a few new places near the damn.  I didn't know there were so many hidden treasures around Hinckley to shoot at!  

Olivia, Max & Julia

These three adorable kids took me all over Grandma's yard for their pictures.  Lucky for me, it was a beautiful yard.  We almost postponed this session because of weather.  I'm so glad we didn't.  I had a really hard time choosing just a few of these to post.  When you're working with such great kids, it's hard not to get great photos!

My Family

Last week my family headed over to Banning State Park for some family photos with photographer friend Sarah Loew.  I think our boys kept her on her toes!
